Your new role

A role that you will get great exposure in handling policy servicing and administration work by answering enquiries from brokers and clients to support Hong Kong market. You will be heavily involved in simple enquiry alterations such as commission payment checking and basic client details updates from end-to-end and dealing with clients efficiently. This is an opportunity that you can be an expert and specialist in this field and would further enhance your exposure in Life Insurance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in Life Insurance Policy Service/ Customer Service

• Able to speak fluent English and Cantonese

• Open to fresh graduates if you are passionate and proactive

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
