A leading financial services firm is seeking a Manager – Regulatory Affairs to support its compliance and governance functions. In this role, you’ll assist senior leadership in developing and implementing compliance programs aligned with local and global regulatory standards. You’ll monitor regulatory updates, manage submissions and approvals, and provide advisory support to business units. The role also involves leading automation initiatives to improve compliance efficiency, maintaining documentation libraries, and preparing reports for senior management. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with regulators and industry associations, and play a key role in ensuring the organization’s licencing and compliance strategies remain robust and future‑ready.
What you’ll need to succeedA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 6 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance within payments or financial services.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply complex requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and AI solutions to enhance compliance management.
Skilled in regulatory submissions, reporting, and documentation, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and influence.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and provide regulatory guidance in product, marketing, and operations.
Strong organisational and project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance culture.
