In this role, your primary responsibilities are as such:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment
• Proactively sourcing for candidates to conduct mass hirings
• Identifying strategies to improve the recruitment process and increase efficiency
What You Will Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be:
• A hands-on individual who thinks strategically and plan ahead
• Prior experience of 4-5 years in a similar role
• Fluency in English and Malay
• Experienced in mass hiring
