Your new role

You will be responsible for shaping and executing service strategies across diverse markets in Asia. You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and revenue growth through high-performing service teams and tailored solutions.

• Define and implement regional service strategies that enhance customer lifecycle value and profitability.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary service team, fostering technical expertise and a culture of accountability.
• Oversee service delivery from planning to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service initiatives with broader business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial service operations, aftermarket sales, or technical solutions.
• Proven track record in full P&L ownership, team leadership, and customer engagement.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and thermal technologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
