Your new role

You will lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing machine learning infrastructure and deployment workflows. The role focusses on improving automation, scalability, and cross‑team ML delivery processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing teams of ML Engineers and/or Software Developers
• Significant experience in CI/CD standards and best practices
• Must have leadership experience and people management skills
• Fluent in Python and MLOps tools (DVC, MLFlow, Metaflow)
