Identify new opportunities by analysing market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities, while building strong pipelines to achieve targets.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners, while collaborating with internal teams to support broader business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a commercial sales and marketing role within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
Demonstrated success in developing strategies that deliver measurable business growth and revenue results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and interpret market data for decision-making.
Leadership capability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team toward achieving ambitious sales objectives.
