Your new role
You’ll work directly with client stakeholders to assess, design and improve CX operations, blending consulting, training, and assessments.
- Deliver projects that improve CX and operational performance (strategy, quality frameworks, workforce planning, and tech-enabled change).
- Analyse data, define clear recommendations, and deliver findings to senior stakeholders.
- Lead project workstreams focused on tangible KPI uplifts (e.g., NPS, CSAT, FCR, AHT, cost to serve, efficiency).
- Drive go‑to‑market activity (events, roundtables, webinars, client meetings) and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Craft compelling consulting proposals—defining scope, milestones, outcomes, and pricing.
- Collaborate internally to refine integrated solutions spanning people, process, technology, and operating models.
- Travel regularly to client sites across the region as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Deep contact centre/CX operations expertise (e.g., operations management, process improvement), with 7+ years in CX or contact centre roles.
- Technology fluency across CCaaS/CRM/AI/analytics (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9; Salesforce, Zendesk; agent assist, routing, QA analytics)—from an operational, implementation or consulting perspective.
- Proven consultative sales capability—solution development, proposal writing, negotiation of multi‑stakeholder consulting engagements.
- Executive presence and the ability to facilitate alignment among business and technology stakeholders.
- Data‑driven problem solving and the ability to translate insights into practical, measurable change.
- Self‑starter mindset—comfortable working remotely, prioritising independently, and operating with an entrepreneurial approach in new or ambiguous markets.
