Your new role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary technical interface for key customer accounts.
Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer process requirements and equipment interfaces.
- Performing root‑cause analysis, resolving escalations, and closing the loop with engineering teams.
- Handling multi‑disciplinary troubleshooting involving mechanical, electrical, software, and vision systems.
- Conducting on‑site evaluations, supporting new machine installations, platform training, and beta‑site feedback.
- Issuing technical bulletins, documentation, and improvement recommendations.
- Managing technical subjects with key accounts and travelling >50% of the time (local & overseas)
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need to have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the semicon/manufacturing industry, especially in handler environments.
- Strong communication skills, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours/weekends when required.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and documentation
