Your new role

• Plan, direct, monitor and control overall project operations to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
• Develop, implement and oversee project plans and budgets, ensuring adherence to cost, time, quality and safety targets.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to maintain smooth project progress.
• Lead strategic planning efforts, considering market dynamics, manpower needs, technology changes and regulatory shifts.
• Ensure full compliance with the organisation’s Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management Systems

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Has managed projects with a GDV of above 300 Million
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in high‑rise commercial construction with proven delivery of projects within budget, timeline, quality and safety requirements.
• Strong background in senior leadership roles, managing multi‑disciplinary teams and full project lifecycles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 and QLASSIC standards and implementation.
