Your new role
- Plan, direct, monitor and control overall project operations to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
- Develop, implement and oversee project plans and budgets, ensuring adherence to cost, time, quality and safety targets.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to maintain smooth project progress.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, considering market dynamics, manpower needs, technology changes and regulatory shifts.
- Ensure full compliance with the organisation’s Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management Systems
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Has managed projects with a GDV of above 300 Million
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in high‑rise commercial construction with proven delivery of projects within budget, timeline, quality and safety requirements.
- Strong background in senior leadership roles, managing multi‑disciplinary teams and full project lifecycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 and QLASSIC standards and implementation.
