A leading multinational organisation is expanding its operations within a high performance data centre environment in Johor Bahru. With a strong commitment to service excellence, they provide specialised facilities management and technical support to mission‑critical infrastructure.

Your new role

You will oversee the maintenance and operations of critical data centre systems at an expanding hyperscale facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
You will lead technical initiatives, manage contractors, and provide guidance during incidents and troubleshooting, while maintaining operational continuity in a 24/7 environment.
You are required to work 12-hour shifts with a rotation of 4 days on and 4 days off.
Multiple positions are available across the various specialisms and levels of seniority.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge, operational experience, and preventative maintenance coordination of Mechanical and Electrical systems in use in the Data Center environment, including transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS & STS units, RPP units, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units and fire systems.
• Good to have prior experience in manufacturing plants, healthcare facilities, retail malls, or in the telecommunications sector and have worked on shift.
• Must be able to relocate permanently or commute daily to the Sedenak / Kulai region in Johor.
