Your new role

As a Head of Procurement, you are responsible for the following:

• Provide strategic leadership over the end‑to‑end procurement function, driving sourcing strategies that balance cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and operational reliability.

• Lead category management and strategic sourcing across a broad range of materials and services, ensuring strong supplier performance, effective negotiations, and long‑term value creation.

• Oversee procurement operations, inventory planning, and supply risk management to ensure uninterrupted operations in a regulated environment.

• Establish and strengthen procurement governance, policies, and compliance frameworks aligned with quality, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.

• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders to support business growth, new initiatives, and continuous improvement of procurement performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline.

• Possess hands-on procurement experience, including exposure to leading a team of upto 10 subordinates

• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or other regulated supply chain environments is an advantage.
