Your new role
We are looking for someone who is young, excited and passionate about driving growth and elevating brands. We need someone who has a talent to be creative with strong experience in branding, and you will lead marketing campaigns that will bring positive impact to the brand and organisation. We have a strong appetite to be a brand that is loud, engaging, relevant to the modern and young generation and serve them better.
This role leads the development, execution, and optimisation of brand strategies to strengthen market presence, elevate brand equity, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all customer touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape how the brand is perceived and experienced.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility, differentiation, and long‑term brand value.
- Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, visual elements, and overall brand experience.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on brand‑building initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insights research to guide brand positioning and messaging.
- Strengthen the brand’s digital presence through strategic content planning, social media direction, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑quality brand assets, campaigns, and communication materials.
- Manage partnerships, collaborations, and brand‑related events that elevate brand prestige and reach.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and campaign impact; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all internal teams understand and uphold the brand’s values, guidelines, and positioning.
- Manage budgets for branding activities and ensure effective resource allocation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into impactful campaigns.
- Experience working with creative agencies and cross‑functional teams.
