Your new role

Based in Penang Island, we are seeking for a high‑potential talent to support the full spectrum HR function with a core in setting up SOPs for Compensation Benefits. This role offers an opportunity to grow your people‑leadership capabilities to manage a junior as an indirect subordinate and be part of a progressive organisation to ideate and drive new procesess, policies and maintain its positive culture. Be part of a supportive team culture where a management team believes in listening to one another and growing together. This position is 80% HR generalist and 20% Compensation Benefit focused.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Preferably 5-7 years of work experience as a HR generalist with exposure into C&B

  • Highly advantageous if experienced in logistics industry, otherwise an equivalent

  • Experience in being part of change management exercises, merging acquisition, integration and harmonistion is a plus point

  • Preferably well versed in managing the yearly compensation benefit cycle ; promotion, salary review, increments

  • Preferably outgoing, extroverted and bubbly talents
