Personal Assistant

An MNC legal firm is looking for a Personal Assistant to support office operations.

Your new company

You will be joining an established international professional services organisation with a strong global presence and a growing footprint in Malaysia. The firm operates within a collaborative, low‑hierarchy environment and provides advisory services to government entities, corporates, and financial institutions across the region. The Malaysia office is a key strategic hub within its ASEAN network.


Your new role

As a Personal Assistant / Corporate Support Executive, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to partners, associates and lawyers within the firm. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will work closely with partners and associates to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This is a hands‑on role covering general office administration, CRM maintenance, billing and invoicing support, follow‑ups on client payments, and assistance with credit control. You will also prepare claims and invoices for submission to finance, as well as manage travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for visiting partners and overseas stakeholders. The role requires strong prioritisation skills, especially during peak workloads.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal / professional services environment is required
  • Strong background in administrative support, billing, invoicing, or corporate support
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritising urgent matters during high‑volume periods
  • Energetic, positive, and proactive working attitude
  • Reliable, disciplined, and committed to on‑site working arrangement
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Able to work well with senior stakeholders in a professional services setting
