Your new role
- Lead outcome‑focused marketing initiatives aimed at expanding B2B demand, strengthening customer loyalty, improving funnel efficiency, and delivering sustainable revenue impact.
- Own the full lifecycle of paid marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, from strategic planning through execution, optimisation, and performance evaluation.
- Interpret campaign data and insights to surface growth opportunities, refine tactics, and continuously elevate marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across creative, commercial, and data teams to align messaging and deploy cohesive go-to-market programs spanning media, sales enablement, and organic acquisition channels.
- Drive performance across keyword‑based and awareness‑led media by actively managing cost-based acquisition and impressionable display platforms.
- Apply experimentation frameworks, including controlled testing methodologies, to improve efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and enhance overall return on marketing spend.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering results through performance‑driven marketing, particularly within digital paid media channels.
- Solid working knowledge of marketing technology stacks (Salesforce etc.) and major advertising platforms, including but not limited to paid search and social advertising tools.
- High level of proficiency in marketing analytics and measurement platforms used to monitor, evaluate, and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and informed strategic actions.
