With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, they are expanding the regional Shared Services and Manager, Claims Support is needed to join the team overseeing Singapore market.

Your new role

In this job, you will be responsible to lead the Life & Health Claims Support and Claims Recovery team and work closely with stakeholders to provide excellent services. You will be expected to be involved in process improvement projects to improve productivity and quality of claims delivery. Reviewing, validating and approving claim registration decisions will be a constant in this position, as well as tracking financial performance and escalating dispute submissions to comply with the SOP and adhere to internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge in Life/ Health Insurance Claims
• Relevant Claims operation or administrative experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
