Your new role
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the primary scientific and commercial representative for their portfolio in your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCP), drive product awareness, and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about science, customer engagement, and creating meaningful impact in the healthcare community.
Territory & Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and other HCP in assigned hospitals and clinics.
- Conduct regular visits, presentations, and product discussions to drive adoption and visibility.
- Implement territory management plans, ensuring optimal coverage and engagement.
Product Promotion & Scientific Engagement- Deliver scientific information and product value propositions aligned with therapeutic guidelines and company positioning.
- Conduct product briefings, CME sessions, and educational engagements to support clinical decision-making.
- Stay updated on competitor activities, treatment trends, and market insights.
Sales Performance & Execution- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective implementation of marketing strategies.
- Identify business opportunities within the therapy segments.
- Ensure high-quality execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to support strategic plans.
- Provide on-ground insights to support brand strategy refinement and new product launches.
- Participate in training, workshops, and continuous development programs.
Compliance & Reporting- Maintain accurate reporting of field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with local regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Nursing, or related fields.
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong drive are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with ethical products including speciality care, oncology, central nervous system, cardio-metabolic and more, focusing on private hospitals and government hospital
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently within territory.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within an assigned region.
