Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for the stability and optimisation of wet and chemical processes within the solar cell line. You will monitor process parameters, troubleshoot quality deviations, qualify new materials and processes, and drive yield, efficiency, and cost improvements. You will also support new line ramp‑ups, use statistical and simulation tools for root‑cause analysis, and provide training to junior engineers and cross‑functional teams.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Experience or strong exposure to wet chemical processes
• Knowledge of SPC, process control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement tools
• Understanding of solar cell fundamentals or semiconductor processes
