This company is well recognised/established in the Services industry. Due to organisational growth, it is looking for a FP&A Analyst to join its team in Selangor.

Your new role

• Preparation of rolling forecasts and variance analysis

• Support the Group's annual budget, long-range plan, financial models and sensitivity analysis.

• Preparation of new product feasibility studies, and assisting in product pricing setting.

• Support the Finance team in monthly closings, statutory reporting, audits and resolution of recurring issues.

• Contribute to business performance reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA is an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting/ FP&A

• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic Navision) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
