Your new role
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll and general HR administration
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to key stakeholders in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment
Take a lead role in performance management, including review cycles and improvement processes
Handle employee and industrial relations (IR/ER) matters with maturity, sound judgement, and confidence
Oversee HRIS management, including Infotech, and support performance management using a separate system
Manage expatriate administration and mobility matters
Adopt a hands‑on approach, balancing strategic partnering with day‑to‑day HR execution
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 8 years’ HR experience, including at least 4 years at managerial level, with regional exposure gained in a sizeable organisation
Hands‑on talent acquisition experience is essential
Proven experience in performance‑driven environments, with the ability to balance strategic HR delivery and operational execution
Experience in developing and leveraging HR metrics to assess and drive HR effectiveness
Ability to operate in an agile, fast‑paced environment, with a strong hands‑on mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sustainable relationships with senior business stakeholders
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Malay
