The business operates a hybrid model of manufacturing and trading, supplying a wide range of packaging solutions to major food and beverage clients, including large QSR and retail brands. With production facilities in Asia and a growing commercial footprint, the company is focused on strengthening market share and driving regional expansion.
Your new role
As the Regional Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy across Southeast Asia and India, leading a multi-country sales team to drive growth and recover key accounts. You will be responsible for both direct sales performance and broader market expansion initiatives within the foodservice segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and manage country-level sales teams across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and India
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, including major QSR and foodservice clients
- Identify new business opportunities in both manufactured and traded product segments
- Drive market share recovery and improve performance in underperforming markets
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting across the region
- Partner closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure service delivery
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the regional sales team
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in senior regional sales leadership roles within packaging, foodservice, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong track record managing multi-country teams across SEA and/or India
- Experience in B2B sales, key account management, and commercial strategy development
- Exposure to food packaging, packaging materials, or trading-based business models is highly advantageous
- Ability to drive change, improve underperforming teams, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing diverse regional teams
- Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related discipline
