Your new role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will operate as a hands-on HR Business Partner and country HR lead, playing a critical role in stabilising, transforming, and elevating the HR function.
You will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving end-to-end HRBP responsibilities across a lean but complex structure, supporting both permanent and project-based workforce (120+ HC).
Key responsibilities include:
Leading HR transformation and localisation of global policies, ensuring alignment with business needs
Driving talent management, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives
Partnering closely with leadership to identify organisational gaps, realign priorities, and uplift people capability
Overseeing payroll governance, tax compliance (including expatriate matters), and HR operations optimisation
Spearheading employer branding and cultural transformation efforts
Supporting future regional HR expansion across APAC

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a hands-on HRBP / HR Manager within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across entities or group-level structures
Strong track record in talent management, performance management, and organisational development
Experience in HR transformation, policy localisation, and driving change initiatives
Solid exposure to payroll governance, tax compliance, and expatriate HR matters
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to advise senior leadership and drive alignment
A proactive, resilient personality with the ability to bring energy, structure, and clarity into an evolving environment
Prior exposure to MNC environments will be highly preferred.
