A well-established organisation within the premium automotive segment is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimise performance across its dealer network. The organisation is recognised for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Your new role

• Manage and oversee performance across multiple dealerships within Klang Valley
• Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Build strong working relationships with dealership leadership (e.g. Dealer Principals / senior management)
• Drive sales, aftersales, and overall operational efficiency across the network
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and operational standards
• Analyse performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes
• Support development of dealership capabilities, processes, and people
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational alignment and execution

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic performance
• 10+ years of experience in retail operations or dealer network management
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet / dealer network environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end dealership operations (sales, aftersales, customer experience)
• Exposure to performance-driven, brand-sensitive retail environments with elevated customer expectations
• Strong command of English with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently within Klang Valley
