Your new role

• Business Development – Took an active role in expanding the client base by driving marketing initiatives and securing new contracts through proposals and tenders.
• Market Research – Gathered and analysed industry intelligence to guide strategic decisions and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Client & Contract Oversight – Delivered presentations, managed negotiations, and ensured contractual obligations were met while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Operational & Financial Alignment – Coordinated with operations and finance teams to manage pricing, monitor deliveries, oversee collections, and reduce contractual risks.
• Performance Monitoring – Produced KPI reports, utilisation forecasts, and maintained organised records to support effective tracking and team knowledge sharing.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development and commercial management in the OSV or O&G offshore industry.

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline.

• Dynamic, independent, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
