Your new role

As a Procurement Manager, you are responsible for the end to end procurement activities as below.

-Lead and execute strategic sourcing and supplier management, including negotiating contracts with key suppliers to achieve optimal value, quality, and delivery performance.
-Oversee procurement operations and team performance, ensuring a competitive, high-performing vendor base that supports business objectives.
-Develop and implement supplier evaluation and relationship management frameworks (SRM), including performance tracking, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage procurement budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX planning, while providing data-driven insights on spend, supplier performance, and market trends.
-Partner with internal stakeholders to mitigate supply risks, respond to market changes, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality or service.

What you'll need to succeed

-Experience handling end to end procurement in a telco / infrastructure / EPCC / subsea environment (mandatory)
-Hands-on and strategic, able to set up policies, KPIs while leading day-to-day sourcing and execution
-Strong vendor sourcing & negotiation skills with exposure to international suppliers
-Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and suppliers
