Your new role
You will be leading and overseeing the implementation of quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across assigned projects to ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards, while acting as the focal point for QHSE matters within project teams by coordinating with internal quality functions and stakeholders across multiple locations, and ensuring adherence to project-specific quality and safety requirements through monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate project-specific quality requirements with the Project Manager and Quality teams to ensure alignment.
- Develop and implement the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support and enforce essential quality and safety processes on-site through training and follow-up actions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major non-conformities.
- Manage quality documentation in coordination with relevant functions.
- Organise and facilitate internal and external audits, including customer and site audits.
- Drive the achievement of HSE targets in line with company objectives.
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics.
- Maintain and continuously update HSE procedures and work instructions.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the construction industry
Bachelor’s Degree in HSE Management, Engineering, or a related field
Must hold a valid DOSH Green Book (Registered Safety & Health Officer
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, local HSE legislation, and environmental requirements
- Proven experience in HSE management systems implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
