Your New Role
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving performance, efficiency, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a leadership role where you will shape operational direction, elevate team capabilities, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, plan, and manage manufacturing operations to achieve targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and site performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources
• Champion a high-performance culture through strong leadership, engagement, and team development
• Build organizational capability by coaching and developing a skilled and adaptable workforce
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and digitalization initiatives
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, leveraging data to improve decision-making
• Ensure strong quality and ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) culture and regulatory compliance
• Lead initiatives in capacity planning, new product introduction (NPI), and operational scalability
• Own operational financial performance including cost control, productivity, and P&L delivery
• Provide strategic direction while developing future operational leaders

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10–15 years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and business performance
• Strong experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, and develop large, cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization
• Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity, cost optimization, and P&L
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to quality, delivery, and people development
