An Indirect Procurement Specialist for a global MNC based in Selangor.

Your new role

-Drive strategic sourcing across indirect categories including Sales & Marketing, Demand & Supply, Logistics, and Professional Services, delivering cost optimization and business value.
-Lead supplier management and negotiations across Southeast Asia, ensuring competitive pricing, strong SLAs, and long-term partnerships aligned with regional business priorities.
-Identify and execute value creation initiatives (cost savings, process efficiencies, demand management) supporting transformation and continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
-Strengthen procurement governance and compliance by ensuring adherence to policies, risk mitigation practices, and regional regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

-Strong indirect procurement experience in a relevant industry to FMCG and or Retail

- Regional market exposure is preferred
-Ability to manage end to end procurement activities
-Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
