Your new role
Lead & inspire a team of experienced Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding service to HNW clients.
Own portfolio performance — managing quality, profitability, and standards against agreed KRAs.
Drive results across sales, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Partner cross-functionally with credit, operations, marketing, and contact centre teams.
Champion the Wealth Management strategy and bring it to life at branch level.
Represent the bank at industry events, building your profile in the wealth space.
Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8+ years in relationship management within Wealth Banking.
- Proven experience leading and developing people.
- FIMM & IPPC certifications (CFA or equivalent is a strong plus).
- A track record with HNW/UHNW clients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
- Solid grasp of banking products, services, and the regulatory landscape.
- A natural relationship-builder, both internally and externally.
