Your new role

As the Assistant Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Manager. You will be handling Risk Assessment and assisting in identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and strategic risks while supporting the enhancement of the organisation. Support Governance and Compliance Activities. Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience. Team Player with the Ability to Work Independently

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or a related field.
- Exposure in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and training sessions.
- Detail-oriented team player with sound knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
