A growing player in the automotive sector is seeking an Account Executive to join their finance team in Selangor.

Your new role

You will be carrying out the duties of an Account Executive, which include but not limited to the following:

• Process daily transactions – Handle invoices, credit notes, and billing accurately.

• Manage collections – Track receipts and follow up on overdue payments.

• Credit control – Oversee the full cycle from invoicing to debt recovery.

• Reporting – Prepare ageing reports and bi-weekly collection updates.

• Stakeholder coordination – Work with sales, review contracts, and resolve payment issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the trading industry

• Diploma / Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field required

• Proficient in using financial reporting software and data analysis tool

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
