Your new role

As AI Solutions & Transformation Lead, you will lead the strategic development and deployment of AI technologies that enhance operational efficiency, deliver measurable business value, and position the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation. You’ll oversee the AI roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, and collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, ethical, and transformative solutions.

• Designing and executing an AI innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
• Leading end-to-end AI projects from ideation to deployment
• Partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to co-create AI solutions
• Promoting a culture of innovation through mentorship, workshops, and knowledge-sharing
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards
• Representing the organisation in industry forums and thought leadership platforms
• Managing resources, budgets, and a team of AI specialists to support innovation goals

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in AI-driven projects, with expertise in machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and related technologies
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI initiatives to business outcomes
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
• Proven success in managing complex innovation projects using Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Huggingface, LLMs, Python, FastAPI, vector search technologies)
• Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or project management are a plus.
