This digital solutions provider well known for being at the forefront of digitalisation within the financial space, is expanding their team and is looking for an application support engineer to join their team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various functions such as monitoring and supporting service delivery, ensuring systems and procedures are according to regulations, communicating with stakeholders and troubleshooting. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and conducting service disruptions, maintenance downtimes, and disaster recovery disruptions.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 7 years of experience in an application support role.
- Must have experience working in stock brokering or trade applications.
- Sound understanding of service delivery, support management and technical knowledge
