Your new role

• Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services, i.e., internal audit, corporate advisory services, corporate recovery, tax etc.
• Lead and oversee audit engagement, which includes audit planning, field work and audit reporting.
• Research and analyse financial statements and audit related issues.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business and demonstrate professional interest in providing our clients with quality service.
• As a portfolio leader, you must develop and motivate the engagement staff, and provide them with counselling and career guidance.
• Report to Partners/Directors/Managers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in accounting or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA Australia
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience in a mid or large-sized accounting firm.
• Familiar with accounting and auditing standards i.e. MFRS.
