With a proven positive growth trajectory over the last year, our client is an established name in the Malaysian FMCG industry. With their current expansion plans, they are looking to strengthen their Procurement team with strong strategic and tactical experts in both process and people.

Your new role

Acting as a key member of the Procurement governance team, this role will function as a major liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party auditors, to ensure SOPs and control procedures are put in place and adhered to. Engaging with suppliers and customers across various departments, you will identify and enhance areas of critical impact to the Procurement process for a manufacturing business. Documentation and systems must be maintained and updated where necessary, as well as providing training/education where relevant. You will also review, design and support the implementation of ESG initiatives in line with local and global policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing industry

• Proven hands-on management of QMS and Audit processes

• Strong knowledge of Procurement fundamentals

• Experienced in ISO, GMP, GDP standards

• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• Willing to work in Nilai / Sepang area
