Your new role

This will be an Assistant Manager, UAT – Policy Servicing role, suitable for individuals with relevant industry and UAT experience who are looking to further advance their career within a multinational company. Job responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and supporting Policy Servicing operations to ensure requests from policyholders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Reviewing and approving changes to policy terms, coverage, and member information, while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensuring proper policy record maintenance and monitoring daily operational accuracy, service quality, and adherence to service standards.
• Identifying cases that require escalation, providing guidance to the team, and working closely with the Team Leader/Manager to drive timely resolution within SLA.
• Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for system enhancements, new product launches, and process improvements, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign‑off.
• Supporting ad‑hoc projects, process initiatives, and cross‑functional collaborations to improve operational efficiency and system performance.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to possess:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• A Bachelor’s degree, with 3–5 years of experience in policy servicing, operations, UAT, or related functions.
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and project members.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving process improvements.
• Experience handling UAT cycles—including test planning, test case development, execution, defect tracking, and post‑deployment validation, will be a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with system workflows.
