Your new role
- Assist in all aspects of company secretarial work
- Manage a portfolio in all aspects of company secretarial functions
- Update the secretarial and statutory records
- Assist on preparing minutes and resolutions
What you'll need to succeed
- Min 5 years of working experience
- Pursuing or qualified MAISCA / ICSA / SSM / MACS
- Strong command of English
