Your new role

As an Assistant Manager, Company Secretary, you will support full corporate secretarial functions for the group and its subsidiaries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing statutory compliance, filings, and governance requirements.

  • Preparing board papers, minutes, circular resolutions, and relevant corporate documents.

  • Supporting board and committee meetings, including coordination and reporting.

  • Working with internal stakeholders, especially finance, compliance, and risk to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

  • Assisting with corporate exercises, insurance‑related reporting, and internal approvals.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–7 years of corporate secretarial experience, ideally in‑house or within the financial/insurance sector.

  • Strong financial literacy or background, with the ability to understand financial documents and regulatory requirements.

  • Solid understanding of the Companies Act, regulatory guidelines, and corporate governance practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.

  • ICSA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
