Your New Role
As a New Installation Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding business coverage and achieving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing business opportunities and expanding market coverage.
- Build solid and long-lasting relationships with property developers.
- Working closely with Management to develop and execute effective marketing programs to meet sales targets.
- Gathering and analysing market information for sales planning and product improvements.
- Participating in all company-related marketing initiatives and activities.
- Conducting site surveys with Field Engineers when required and reviewing quotation/proposal requests.
- Ensuring all tender and proposal submissions comply with E‑GIS requirements.
- Supporting strategic planning and contributing to future business development.
- Continuously developing personal leadership skills and guiding the team on effective sales tactics.
- Preparing sales and marketing reports when needed.
- Performing any additional tasks and instructions assigned by the Manager, New Installation Sales.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- At least 5–6 years of sales experience, preferably in new equipment sales.
- Experience in the elevator industry will be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- High self-motivation, ambition, and a positive working attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding timelines.
