Assistant Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Manage job postings and maintain the manual applicant tracking record to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Conduct onboarding for new hires, including facilitating orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
