Our client is an established and reputable bank which operates as one of the largest banks in Malaysia. They are currently recruiting an experienced Corporate Credit Administration talent to join them as an Assistant Vice President to lead the Corporate Credit Administration team.
Your new role
Draft & vet the facility agreement and security documents
Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets
Liaise with solicitors, paralegals, lawyers, developers, and valuers on matters including non-standard agreement (NSA) or outstanding documentation
Responsible to ensure all Pre- & Post-conditions precedent are met before disbursement
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in Banking and/or other financial institutions, involving documentation preparation.
Experience in processing of documentation and releasing of Corporate, Bridging, or Syndicated loans is preferred
Solid legal knowledge in documentation
