Your new roleAs the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will support the Warehouse Lead in managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring materials move accurately and on time to support production and outbound requirements. You’ll assist with supervising the warehouse team, enforcing SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards, and stepping in to coordinate activities when needed. The role also involves monitoring inventory accuracy, resolving operational issues on the floor, and working closely with planning, procurement, and production teams to keep warehouse activities aligned with site priorities.
What you'll need to succeed- Extensive hands-on experience in Electric/Electronics Warehouse Management/Operations – must have.
- Implement warehouse organization strategies to ensure optimal space utilization, efficient workflow, and accurate inventory (traceability/visibility).
- Warehouse layout and design optimisation experience
- Experienced in process and system improvement to increase warehouse and logistics operation efficiency
- Thoroughly review, revise and implement relevant KPIs/SOPs to increase productivity and warehouse operation efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- People management skills.
