AVP, Fund Valuation

What you'll need to succeed

▪ Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance
▪ 6 to 8 years of Fund Valuation, Operations, Accounting experience
▪ Familiar with Bank Negara regulations and mandates

Responsibilities

▪ Assist in preparation and/or validation of daily & monthly portfolio reports to clients
▪ Handle the administration and operational matters in the capacity as the Checker of the outsourced Funds
▪ Ensure trades are matched and instructions sent by the middle office service provider on a timely basis
▪ Monitoring of Corporate Action, by giving timely instruction to Custodian/Trustee
▪ Provide timely settlement instruction to the Custodian/Trustee for Money Market Placement;
▪ Ensure the account opening with Trustees/Custodians/Target Fund Managers/External Investment Managers are completed before the Mandates/Funds inception/launch
▪ Monitor the trade settlement status and issues triggered
▪ Ensure and/or review reconciliation of Cash, Securities & Bond Holding performed by middle office service provider on a timely basis
▪ Preparation and/or validation of monthly/quarterly management fee and custody fee
