Amongst one of the most recognised Financial Services companies, our client is an established Insurance provider with major establishments in SEA countries. As part of their ongoing growth, the company is looking for an AVP, Quality Assurance Auditor to join their team.
Your New Role
As the AVP, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a QA review program for audits
- Conduct induction, guest auditor programs, and workshops.
- Review and ensure audit policies meet standards and regulations.
- Enhance RCMs, templates, and checklists for audit efficiency.
- Review reports and assist with tasks from CIA/GCIA.
What you’ll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CIA, CISA).
- Min 8 years’ experience, 5 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance
- Strong technical and generic skills in audit, analysis, decision-making, and teamwork.
- High integrity, initiative, and adaptability
