The organisation operates within the Oil & Gas / Petroleum trading and distribution industry, dealing in diesel, petrol, gas, lubricants, and related petroleum products. It also engages in trading palm oil products, used cooking oil products, and other commercial goods, along with offering transport and logistics services.
This places the company within a traditional but essential sector that supports Malaysia’s energy supply chain, logistics, and industrial operations.

Your new role

As a Backend Application Developer, you will build, test, and maintain .NET Core backend services, develop high‑performance APIs, integrate third‑party systems, and optimise MS SQL / Azure SQL databases. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, UI/UX, and product teams, with occasional on‑site deployment support at the warehouses.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in .NET Core backend development
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Exposure to React and Flutter is a plus
  • Familiarity with security best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams
