BPR Operations Manager - Finance Transformation

Exciting Finance Transformation / Automation Specialist role in Klang Valley
About the Role:

Our client, a leading organisation in the Shared Services space, is seeking two experienced Finance Business Transformation Managers to spearhead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and operational excellence initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with strong SSC or BPO backgrounds to join a dynamic team driving finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead BPR projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee finance operations processes (GL/RTR, AP, AR) and support migration and automation initiatives.
  • Manage UAT testing and provide hypercare support post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within SSC operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small team (1–2 years leadership experience required).

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Shared Services (open to BPO if client was SSC).
  • Minimum 3 years in BPR project management.
  • Strong finance operations knowledge (GL/RTR, AP, AR).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and process improvement (automation, streamline, migration).
  • Hands-on experience with UAT testing and hypercare.
  • Leadership experience (1–2 years).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
