Your new role
1. Provide frontline customer services and responsible for the execution, review and control of branch financial and non-financial transactions to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy.
2. To coach and manage the branch operational team to ensure smooth operations process and control, support the superior in providing excellent and efficient service to customers in order to achieve the business goals of branch.
3. Check, overriding and authorise the tellers’ transactions within the authority limit.
4. Supervise the tellers in attending to customers and performing customers’ transactions.
5. OIC for remittances, ESS reporting and cheque operation.
6. Daily operations issues and problem solving.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years branch/banking operations experience/exposure.
- Good knowledge within banking operations and relevant regulatory authority regulations/guidelines/ requirements such as AMLATFAPUA, FEP Rules, etc.
- Possess good interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English & Mandarin is a must.
