Your new role
Strategic Brand Leadership & Planning: Drive end-to-end brand and marketing strategy by safeguarding corporate identity, shaping long-term plans aligned with global and local objectives, leveraging market intelligence for trend analysis, and optimising campaign ROI through performance frameworks and close collaboration with sales teams.
Marketing Communications & Campaign Execution: Oversee integrated marketing communications and digital ecosystem management by leading 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels; manage official web platforms for seamless user experience; strategise media buying and creative production for cost efficiency; and drive end-to-end lead generation from awareness to MQL acquisition, ensuring smooth handover to Sales.
Digital Transformation & Performance Marketing: Drive data-driven marketing optimisation by leveraging customer behaviour insights to enhance funnel performance, setting and tracking KPIs (brand awareness, NPS, lead volume, CPL, ROI), while leading strategies for SEM, SEO, and performance-based advertising across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok
Organisational Leadership: Plan and manage the overall division budget, allocating resources effectively between branding, digital, and events
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand management, strong preference for candidates with a background in the Automotive-Related Industry.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate complex market data (PEST, MI) into actionable business strategies
Deep understanding of the modern digital landscape, including Programmatic ads, SEO/SEM, Social Media algorithms (TikTok/Meta), and CRM integration
