A broking support role in Kuala Lumpur offering up to RM 84k, providing support to the Commercial Lines Broker

You’ll be working for a reputable commercial insurance and reinsurance broker within the Insurance Industry, who is looking for a Specialist, Broking Support, to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to enhance its footprint in its field, while continuing to gain market share over its competitors.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting regional businesses, primarily brokers. By facilitating policy placements and delivering exceptional client service. You’ll be responsible for processing and administering insurance policies and procedures in line with company standards, ensuring all actions are completed within turnaround times and meet SLA requirements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders across various lines of business. Additionally, you will provide operational support to the Team Manager and Senior Operations Manager as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be able to demonstrate relevant previous experience as below:
- At least 5 years of experience working in the broking support function within the general insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Good knowledge of Commercial Lines of business
- Have the ability to work autonomously and provide support to the team.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
