We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Engineer to drive growth across high-potential sectors including smart infrastructure, medical devices, electronics, and engineered systems. This role is ideal for a hunter mindset—someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging technical stakeholders, and closing complex solution-based deals.

Your new role

• Identify and prioritize new customers and applications in key industrial sectors (e.g., smart infrastructure, electronics, medical tech, Tier 2/3 automotive, machinery).
• Cultivate strong working relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers at OEMs, EMS providers, and system integrators.
• Understand client requirements, engineering specifications, and operational challenges.
• Recommend high-performance fastening and assembly solutions tailored to customer needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.

• Familiarity with emerging technology sectors like smart infrastructure, connectivity, or medical devices is a strong plus.

• 3–6 years of experience in business development or technical sales, ideally involving fasteners, mechanical components, or engineered systems.
